1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.  We do no accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.  Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. 

2. Product Quality Assurance

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance.

3. Exceptions

In the rare event that you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please contact us at addisondzine6@gmail.com  within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the defective or incorrect item. We will review your request and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.
